i loose my concentration during class all the time, so fast especiall toward my last classes!. i REALLY need to focus!. help please =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is get more sleep at night!. Adding just 1 hour a night can make a huge difference, try it!. Even a short nap can help alot!. In terms of food, avoid high sugar content, it can cause a crash later!. Food is fuel, if you put junk in, you will get junk results and have poor performance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep (eight hours a night on average), and try substituting some of the foods you already eat for: wholegrain bread/toast, low-fat biotic yoghurt, serves of fresh fruit (bananas and apples are a good start), salads, and nuts like almonds!. (Try a small tub of yoghurt or serve of fresh fruit about fifteen minutes before class starts)!. Get regular exercise, even just a few 30-minute "wogs" (walking with intermittent one-minute spurts of jogging) a week, or a couple of dance classes, or even dancing in your lounge room for an hour every couple of days!.
Make sure you take half an hour every couple of days to relax without sleeping!. Try making yourself comfortable on your bed and listening to chilled music and doing some gentle pilates or just some reflection!.
