Am i mental ill!?I always worry about simple things that doesn't mean almost anything, sometimes i can't forget negative things happened to me (even simplest)!.At school I act like an idiot, its hard to me to talk to someone i don't know, because there comes something bad in my mind and i worry about any simplest mistake i do when i talk to someone, i don't feel free!.I am always ready to expect something bad what could happen!.
it's like paranoia + depression + low self-estem + loss of confidence
I'm 15 years old!.Is think there's possibility i'm mental ill!? Hope not
But i should start to do something for myself, and begin right now, i don't want to be like this for the whole life, but what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people worry about needless things throughout their lives!. That doesn't necessarily mean that that person is mentally ill!. You sound like you might have low self-esteem and have a pessimistic outlook on life!. I don't find these to be in extreme, abnormal levels to be classified as mentally ill!. I think you might be self-cautious by always worrying about what others think of you which also ties into having low self-esteem!. You might "act like an idiot" to hide how you truly feel about yourself which may sometimes leave you confused!. You need to find a way to be positive in your life!. Chances are if you go about feeling weighed down and waiting for a bad thing to happen, then you will pinpoint and only focus on that!. I hope that helps you a little bit in trying to understand what you may be going through!. In trying to help yourself overcome this, I would suggest talking with your friends, family members, a community member, a church member, a teacher, a school counselor, or just someone you know you can trust to talk to!. Turn to your family and tell them what is going on so that maybe they can have you see a professional counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist!. There's a few things I could probably mention to try to help you, but that doesn't mean any one of them would work out for you because each individual is different!. My best suggestion would be to seek professional advice and speak with a psychologist who will be willing to work with you and your troubles and find a well suited solution for you!. Good luck! I have teh same, its called Generlized panic disorder, where you constantly worry about the future!.
