I would guess that it has something to do with exploring abandonment and engulfment issues and well as life changes to minimize the effects of the BPD!. I wish you the best in your efforts to help yourself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have post traumatic stress disorder!? Sounds serious!.!.!. Sometimes when I feel like that, I talk to a friend about things other than my problems, I like to look at the positives in life (ie friends) in life and more often than not, I feel a lot betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

think back to when you felt normal!. You can recall it because it actually has a physical property and a mass attached to it!. Got it!. Duplicate that feeling right now!. Are you smiling!? Keep going to your happy place and do the dance of life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I sure hope you have looked into diet and possible causes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm willing to bet it has something to do with Effexor!. That stuff is awful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
