You shouldn't worry and you need to tell her the truth!. It will be the only way you can move through your situations!.

I can understand why you lied, but telling her the truth may help open a few doors as well!.

The first question she may ask is if you plan or have current thoughts of suicide or physically harming yourself!. And from the sounds of it, this may very will be in the past, not the present, which means she isn't going to start making calls to a psychiatrist!.

The most important thing to remember is that you are trying to help yourself, which speaks volumes!.

Good Luck and remember the first step is the hardest, but once you take the second it gets a lot brighter!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple!. Tell her the truth next time, and tell her exactly why you lied about it!. She's the expert!. She can help you!. If it means going to a psychiatrist, so be it! You need to get well! Everyone who loves you is counting on you to take care of yourself!. It starts by being honest with your therapist!. Fortunately, it is NEVER too late to tell the truth!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever you feel comfortable doing!. Therapy is for you, not her, but you shouldn't lie: the only way she can help you is if you're open with her!. :)

Glad to know that you're doing better!
