you are really tired for the first 5 or 6 hours or so after your usual bedtime, but then after that - you are just like in this weird hyper state of mind and you can't for the life of you go to sleep!? Why is that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It has something to do with the circadian rhythm, which regulates all your activity like sleep!. At regular periods, you feel tired and you could sleep but if you choose not to sleep, it'll go away and then you'll get normal/hyper!. After another couple of hours you'll get tired again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Let's say your body is used to waking up at 7am every day!.
If you pull an all nighter, your internal clock kicks in and your body feels awake just like any other day!.
