Answers:
It definitely sounds like you are suffering from an eating disorder!. It is totally normal to want to regulate your weight, throwing up after meals and feeling bad for eating food is not healthy or normal!. It's great that you are able to realize that you have a problem!. And its great that you see that your weight is not over or underweight!. You have no reason to feel stupid about seeing a doctor!. Support from your family and friends could be really helpful for you too!. Try telling someone close to you about how you have been feeling and go to a doctor so that they can direct you towards groups who can help you!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound like you have an eating disorder!. Bulimic and anorexic since if you do eat which you say you try to avoid in the first place, you purge after wards!. Also the fact that you obsess over food and your weight!. A regular doctor won't be able to help you since this is a psychological disorder!. A psychologist or psychiatrist would be a better choice!. I do hope you get help because this disorder can seriously damage your health and organs if you let it go on for too long!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really like the website somethingfishy!.com I know it's hard to go get help but this website makes it safe for you to voice your anxiety and talk to people in the same boat as you!. If you are not ready to go to the doctor please at least drink gatorade to keep your electrolyte balances in order to keep yourself from passing out!. The sooner you stop the sooner you can heal your metabolism and let your body absorb the nutrients and calories it needs to function properly!. Check out this website its has games and forums!. Be careful and I really hope you tell someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is definitely a disorder!.

If you have a fear of getting fat, and you are making yourself throw up after eating, you are exhibiting a loss of control over your ability to make healthy choices with eating for optimal weight loss!.

I suggest you do some soul searching!. Why do you feel this way!? Why do you eat and feel guilty!?

You know there are negative calorie foods out there, they are basically veggies and fruit!.

If you eat only that, and meat, you'll be fine! You could eat to your heart's content and lose weight!

And exercise!

I have problems, everyone in my family is fat and I'm a chronic yo yo dieter!. I balloon, then lose!. Then gain, then lose!. I can't stay still at low weight, and it's because of my emotional eating (I binge, but I don't purge, I have the opposite of you!.)

I binge, and then I feel guilty and don't do anything!.

Just reflect on your emotions, and try to do the healthy thing!.

You will be okay, just make a little effort over time, don't overwhelm yourself!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
