Question: My grandma keep hearing a buzzing noise!?
Well its been almost 2 years my grandma has been hearing a buzzing noise in her ear, she's been to so much different doctors and she has finally been diagnosed with spinal arthritis on her 6th spine!. I for some reason believe its a wrong diagnosis!. I for a reason know that it is not a psychotic issue, because its the same noise she hears all the time and recently she has been experiencing dizziness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tinnitus can be caused by many differentt things!. Some medications like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, diuretics, antibiotics and antiarrythmics can cause this!. Since she has some dizziness, have they ruled out her middle ear causing this!? A good ear/nose/throat doctor could help with this!.
TMJ (swelling to joint that opens and closes the mouth) is very close to ear and can also cause tinnitus!. Some treatments may be to align the teeth by pulling out or filing down some teeth that are putting teeth out of alignment!. A dentist that specializes in TMJ could help!.
Some people even have a blood vessel that is touching their nerve responsible for hearing that causes this!.
Background noise helps drown it out (ceiling fan or aircleaner)!. I know this is very bothersome, hope the doctors can figure out some way to help her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take her to her local doctor and tell them your concern and other doctors diagnosis!.

Get a 2nd/3rd opinion!. I had a buzzing in my ear that lasted a year or so - I think it was wax or water!. But it is gone now!.!.!.I never saw a doctor Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tinnitus!? It's a constant ringing in your head that comes from being exposed to too much noise at a higher volume!. That's what Van Gogh had, which is why he cut off his ear (some say)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
