Question: Is anyone else jumpy like me!?
I don't know if its normal to be this way!.
Probably since I started high school 3 years ago, I've become very jumpy!. Its horrible, random things startle me!. Things like tapping me on the shoulder from behind, or when walking if I turn a corner and someone is there and I run into them causes me to flinch!.
Also, loud sudden noises do the same thing, like whenever I open a biscuit in a can I'll turn my head from it and shut my eyes real hard and when it pops, I twitch!.

i think its from watching too many scary movies!. if someone comes from behind me and like shakes my chair, or covers my eyes, i usually scream at the top of my lungs, lol!. i really don't think it's anything to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
