Is this okay to cope?!


Question: Is this okay to cope!?
I am 13 and I have been through alot of sh!t, i have watched all of my grandparents die and am - have been lately my family has been feuding with the only family i have left!. i am over weight, well 5 10 and 160!. and i just crushed over a boy and is now recovered and i am depresssed, but all of this and then just little things and bad days just tear me down!. i try my best to hang in there, but i think if i am gunna be any happier, i have to drop major weight, like i wanna be a size zero & be able to see my ribs, and any ways i am willing to go to extemes, they say not to in magazines, just no drugs, and i am just tired, just talk to me!. plzWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're 5'10" and weigh 160, you're not overweight!. Just so you know as you get older boys don't like skinny girls like we're all told on tv and in magazines!. You're young and going through a lot of things right now!. You're going through what most of us have!. No matter what age one is there are always problems, but the trick is to face them and deal with them!. It's ok to cry, be angry, depressed for a bit then it's time to take care of business!. Allow yourself to feel things, have someone you can talk to be it a friend, parent, sibling, teacher etc!. and you'll notice a big change in your overall attitude!. Use your energy on being positive and even though things are tough now, smiling through your day will help turn things around!. It does work!. You're going to be fine, you're not fat and whatever the problems the adults in your life may be having is their problem not yours!. Let the adults know they are stressing you out and if they won't listen then find someone like I said to talk to, try the school counselor when schools starts back!. It's going to be okay!. I don't think 160 is way to much for someone 5'10!. But if you would like to slim down!. Try avoiding junk food and sweets!. Try walking for 30 minutes a day!. About feeling down, try to stay away from people that upset you!. Make friends do things you enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
