Question: Why am I like this!! and what to do!!!!
I really dont understand whats happening with myself!. I have been treated for anxiety and depression but !.!.!. whats happening with me
- My sleeping has been messed up (sleeping too much, then insomnia)
- I keep having flashbacks from a couple years ago
- feeling like everybody else is having a greater life than me
- Being soo confused on what to do !.!. (ie_ not being able to do whats best for me!.)
- Getting upset over the stupidest things !.!. (hearing a song that reminds me of old friends)

What is this !.!.!. what do I do becuase Im getting tired of this all!

I was wondering if your might be still suffering a grief or loss of some kind!.

Sometimes a deep disappointment like something we were not able to control can hapen to us and this rocks our sense of all being well in life!.

If you can see a cousellor who can help you revisit some of these issues, then be able to let them go, maybe you'll get past this phase, it is a growth chance for your character if you embrace the thought of having a professional help you!.

Sometimes, too, we have to tell oursleves that our feelings can lie to us as well!.

If you're currently under a doctor's care, it sounds like you're not getting the help you need!. If you're not, get a good doctor you're comfortable with!.

Your doc should be able to give help and guidance in dealing with your symptoms!.

Have you tried being in a group situation!? If not, give that a try!.

You may need a change in medications or your dosage!. Who knows!? It just sounds like what you're doing now isn't working very well!. Personally, I'd move on to another doc and see if that helps you!. What have you got to lose!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and seriously consider working with an experienced therapist that you can respect and trust!. Sometimes getting all the stuff that's bottled up out and discussed with someone trained to help is the best solution!. This holds particularly for post-trauma which may apply to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, everyone else has a pretty boring life too!.

Take a 1 hour fast walk every day and your sleep and emotional problems will likely go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At least you know a stupid answer when you see one, so that is a good place to start (I'm not being sarcastic, either)!. I would look at your diet!. Do you eat a lot of sugar!? Sugar is a HUGE influence with depression and anxiety, but people seem to like to go w/ the medication route so I believe it's underused!.

The next thing I would look at is level of exercise!. Yes I know you hear it all the time but seriously when you exercise for at least 30 minutes you release certain chemicals in your body that are good fo you!. AND there's a whole lot of other stuff going on that is good for you as well!.

What about smoking and drinking!? Nicotine is a powerful stimulant and alcohol is a depressant (sugar again!)

Look at these things in your life and if you are willing to make a change start with these!. I truly believe you will feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you have to know that I really feel your pain and I know what you are talking about!. You now feel as you are stuck in an empty circle of depressive thoughts about your self, your past, and even your future!. These depressive ideas have developed into real believes about your self, and even a way of thinking and analyzing of every experience you go through!. For example if you were in the street and some one was bully on you and said something bad to you, you think that this is because he dis-respect me, because he knows who I am, he might know about that "shameful" incident that happened to me some years ago!. You are actually projecting your whole "shameful" past into your present time!. The problem is that some ppl really deal with you from that perspective too, you are actually leading them to deal with you like that!. And by time going you are just duplicating your "shameful" past into a continuous past that will invade your future and lead you to a more waste of your life you were gifted!.

One word: STOP

Simply more thinking in the past will not change it, physically or psycholigally!.

You have to stop the habits you developed through your depression until it became a way of life to you and a way of thinking!.
It would be very helpful to mention how old are you!? And what do you do for living!? Have been married, or engaged, or in a loving relationship before!? Or now!?
No matter how you are feeling right now, continue on your medication and don
