Question: Nervousness/stress/worrying relief!?
My mother is always very nervous and worries about every little thing!.
She complains that she is under too much stress and tension!.
When anyone tells her to calm down she says she cant and might start yelling at times!.
It is really doing bad to her health and I was just wondering what would be best to help her!?
We've been trying to avoid giving her tranquilizers but does that seem to be the only remaining option!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it seems like your mother is suffering from anxiety!. this is a very painful experience, and you should take her to a neurologist to be out on medication that can stop this worrying!. she is also obviously having panic attacks!. Good luck!
