Question: How do you stop being so nervous!?
I have a big dance recidal in front of 2,000 people today!. I through up this morning, and I can't stop being so nervous!.!.!.!.!.

Theres a number of ways to deal with being nervous!.
The Calm approach:
Take a deep breath, and just relax!.
The Nervous Eneregy approach:
Put on some loud music, dance and jump around!. It will calm you down and relax you!.
The Spiritual approach:
The stoneTurquoise is rumored to give off confident energy, so try slipping some in your pocket or tieing it around your neck before your concert!.

Okay i kno this sounds weird but what gets me calm is being worried!. I would just practice your dance moves over and over so you KNOW you have them right but i wouldn't worry about the crowd!. Dancing is a sport where even if you mess up you can look at other people or just do your own thing!. Dancing is also the only sport where people don't make fun of you becacsue they can't do half of the stuff you can do! lol! I hope you have fun!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Start thinking about how you will help someone today feel better that maybe was sad when they got there but after your recital felt lifted and more positive!. we touch peoples lives with things we do!. So when you get nervous it just means you are doing a bigger miracle and focus on that instead of your nerves!. Pick the one person out when you get their that you think you will help today and dance for them!.

Well what I think I would do is just focus on how much you like to play!. Take some deap breaths and not think about the recidal til you go to it!. Just focus on when you play how it makes you feel!.
