Well I dont feel it I think but my family tells me they have seen me shake!. Just like I shake ones then after a while I shake again !. Why !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is interesting!. I've been waking up shaking lately!. It's not that I'm cold or anything, I just wake up in the middle of the night with tremors!. I asked someone about it, and she seems to think it's related to anxiety!. You might be having nightmares and shaking, or it could be something more serious!. Sorry I can't help, but I do think it's strange that it's been happening to me lately, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
