Question: Help, really bad effexor withdrawal!?
i am slowly coming off effexor and i havent been taking any for a few days and it feels like my head is spinning around and i cant walk im so dizzy and i feel bad!.!.!. what should i do!? i cant go to my doc now coz im abroad, and im not going to get any more effexor until like two days from now, but is there some pill or something i can take to make these two days less painful!? i mean im ssoooo dizzy its just terrible i can hardly talk, im like shaking when i walk!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry it's ruining your holiday!. When you feel dizzy, shakey or if your heart starts pounding, just lie down until it passes!. Get plenty of fresh air and don't let yourself dehydrate!. If symptoms don't improve, then see a doctor as soon as you get back home!. They may be able to prescribe something to help relieve the symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
