Psych/Mental Health check-up test?!
Question: Psych/Mental Health check-up test!?
I was wondering if anybody knows the name of/the factors on the test that e!.g!. emergency rooms, psychiatrists/psychiatric nurses etc will administer when you come in contact!.
For example, how has your memory been, concentration, your mood, your substance use, etc!.
It's a subjective, qualitative test to see where you've been mentally/emotionally and how you've been doing!.
