Answers:
Go to a quiet room and lie down!. Take some deep slow breaths and focus on the air going in and out of your lungs and how it is nourishing your body cells with oxygen!. Think about the way your chest is moving as you breath!. Breath in to count of a slow 5 , hold it for 4 seconds and then breath out slowly to count of 5!. Focus on allowing your muscles to feel heavy and sink into your bed!. Feel the muscles in your face relax!. Put on some music that helps you relax!.

Also, later, some vigorous exercise and some Tension Tamer tea will help you feel more relaxed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, cutting yourself is not a solution to whatever problem you may have!. It may seem like a quick fix that will make you feel better, but in the long run, it will only do more damage!. The best thing for you at seventeen is to try and talk to either a professional counselor or another adult who can help you find better ways to cope with these issues!. I know it might seem impossible to overcome, but its not!. Many people every day have anxiety issues (myself included) and self harm is not the answer!. Find someone you can trust and open up about your problems!. Even try your family doctor!. Anything is better than dealing with it alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please, talk to someone you trust whether it's a parent or a good friend!.
Or take a bubble bath, or go for a walk, but do something to take your mind off of it!. Just don't cut yourself, there are much healthier ways to deal with anxiety and stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look in the front of your phone book or call 411 and ask for a crisis help line in your area!. You can talk to someone there and they will set you up with an appointment to see someone immediately!. You really shouldn't rely on a therapist that just cancels on you or goes out of town without having a back up therapist taking emergency calls for them!. Doesn't sound professional or even caring to me!. Please call someone ASAP!. Or if you have to, go to the emergency room and tell them you are short of breath and feeling weird!. They have to help you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
