Question: Depersonalization Disorder!?!?!? plz help! :(!?
*I had a panic attack around mid February and since then I've felt detached from my body!.

*I constantly worry about my health

*I'm bored all the time

*Life seems dull and bleak

*I'm tired all the time (even when I get 8 hours of sleep)

*I get weird random pains

*I APPEAR normal to everyone around me, but in my mind, the world is a completely different place!.

*I feel like I'm going crazy

*My mind never turns off, there's always something to worry about or question/analyze

*I constantly search the web to find answers to fix my health

*I wonder if i'll ever feel happy and energetic like I used to!.!.!. :(

If anyone knows any safe remedies (with little to no side effects), or any coping methods, they'd be greatly appreciated!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have depersonalisation disorder and it usually lasts from a few mins to a few hours!. The way to get out of a depersonalisation episode is to become very mindful of the situation around you, the feeling of your thighs and buttocks on the chair your're sitting on, the sensation of your breathing, really looking at the things around you!. All of your other symptoms are not depersonalisation, they appear to be symptoms of depression!. See a doctor, talk to a trusted friend!. Get help!. omg shutup,everybody has depersonalization,its very common,trust me i know the feeling,i researched it too!.

to tell you the truth its just anxiety,or you feel this this way cause something traumatic happened to you!?!?

and the racing thoughts you get(i use to get them)its just anxiety,your to tense up

oh yea stop researching,my doctor said the more you research you start feeling like you have it!.im not saying you don't but its probably anxiety!.

same here!! I stop feeling real sometimes!. like i'm in a dream!.!.!.and i'm always loking things on health!. I just figured I had nothing better to do than worry and be sad!. get into something that interests you and stick with it!. then again you might not be able to or you wouldn't be in this mess!.!.!.but i don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look up free crafts, take multi vitamins , take St!. John's wort!.learn about herbs that can make you stop worrying too much!. if i had the money I'd take some myself !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
