Answers:
Not a big screw up at all!.

The reason to start with the 37!.5's is simply to reduce the chances of unpleasant side effects!. You work up to a therapeutic dose (enough to work) over a couple of weeks!.

Well, you just started taking the therapeutic dose a little faster than most people!. It won't hurt to just keep taking the 37!.5's, but there's no point, really, if you're not bothered by side effects!. Double up on the little ones or call your doctor for a new script!. It's no big deal!.

Good luck with the Effexor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would talk to your doctor but my advise would be to continue with the 75mg because if you go down to the 37!.5 you could experience withdrawal which is very uncomfortable!. This medication can make you a little jittery which is why they like to slowly increase your dose but if you are not feeling adverse effects you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

call the doc!. and i would suggest a second opinion from a shrink that doesnt throw pills at you!.

theses med are causing anxiety and depression, so they will give you more!. then, if they cause you to gain weight, or lose sleep, they will give you more!.

docs get cash from drug companies to push drugs on people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would really call the doctor and ask him what to do!. It might be okay that you're on the 75mg sooner depnding on how you feel, but you need to ask your doctor!. Dn't be embarrassed, that's what they are there for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call your doctor and explain to him what happened!. Tell him how you felt when you too the 75 mg ones, and see what he says!.

Chances are he'll just give you more 75mg pills! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep taking the 37!.5 until they run out, then switch to the 75!. You'll be fine!. One double dose isn't going to hurt you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope after reading all these that you called your doctor that is the only person who could give you the right advice on this one!. I hope all works out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best person to answer this is probably the doctor that gave them to you !.!.!. Or even the wal mart pharmacist can help with dosingWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would talk to your dr
also take good care of yourself at the same time, get good rest and eat healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Call your doctor's office and tell them what you did/ask for their advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

continue with the 75 for about two days and then switch to the 37!.5Www@Answer-Health@Com

GEES - CALL YOUR DOCTOR NOW!Www@Answer-Health@Com

call your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

call your doctor and ask him or her, they will understand!. How are you feeling!? I took effexor before, and I had the worst side effects listed at the bottom of the page of listed side effects--terrible nightmares, compounded by the volume of these nightmares being turned up to the max in my brain!. I could hardly sleep and a friend came by and told me I should tell my doctor, so he went with me to my clinic and I told my doctor what happened and he gave me the choice to go off the pills or hang in there til side effects quit--could be 2 weeks!. I didn't take them anymore!. If you're not having any major problems like nightmares(especially with your different sleeping hours), or anything, it may not be a big deal--if you started out on the higher dose without problems, he/she may leave you on that dose!. I don't know, but don't be afraid to talk to your doctor, nurse, or physician's assistant!. Smile, take a deep breath and dial!. Love!Www@Answer-Health@Com
