Why do I always feel like I'm trapped in a box and can't get out???!


Question: Why do I always feel like I'm trapped in a box and can't get out!?!?!?
I always feel scared when this happens!. Then I start crying!. This happens to me when I see a death happen even if its just a tv show! Or anything else which scares me!. When I think about death and stuff I feel scared and feel trapped and then I go in my own little world!. This even happens to me when I listen to some meaningful songs that are sad and that remind of dying!. Also when I feel really sad I feel this way too!. I sometimes feel free!. But that only lasts for little while!. Why do I feel like this so much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Sounds to me as if you have a case of advanced anxiety or some type of stress disorder!. Also, you might possibly have Necrophobia (fear of death or dying in any shape or form being song, video, etc!.!.!.)!.
I suggest staying away from things which relate to death or dying and going to see a counselor on how to deal w/ these symptoms and how to overcome them WITHOUT the use of anti-depressants or tranquilizers (I took them and they honestly did nothing except make my symptoms worse)

Get out of your "box" ! Meet friends, enjoy their company, and if possible and available, seek volunteer services around you, like reading to children, or out-of-school youths, or give a hand in rehab centers or home for the aged!. With the lots of work awaiting your presence, you will have no time to dwell in your little world, and you'll realize your world is still better than others'!. In my company, as an example, we have some work days, or weekends, wherein we can contribute what we can go to building houses for squatters!. It gives you pride and satisfaction!. You're tired afterwards!. After a hot shower, sleep is heaven !! JUST DO IT ! ( No plug for NIKE!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can say that something bad happened to you in the past that can be related to that!. It's psychology stuff!. You have to think what it was and if you think it's affecting your daily life, then!.!.!.you have a big problem!. Try to see a psychologist, it would help you solve that problem that is causing you so much stress in your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not a psychiatrist, but to me it sounds like you are experiencing some anxiety - fear of the unknown!. It may be related to your growing up days - if you weren't safe and protected!. It may be a good idea to speak to a trained therapist that you trust in the area of anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
