Just let go every compulsion you have in your mind like ' i have to do all this today ' and so on !. !. !. Then just think about some thing you like most or some of the funniest moments or happiest moments you experienced !. !. !. It will instantly relax you !. You may even try some prayers or meditation !. Breathing exercises will help if you are patient enough to do them !. DO NOT DO ANY BREATHING EXERCISE IN A TENSED MOOD !. Most importatly think about studies only when you are studying !. Never think about studies at other times !. You may plan although !. !. !. And eat healthy !. Avoid snacks and junk foods !. Eat fresh vegetables and lots of fruits and juices !. Never skip your morning breakfast !. Never force yourself into studies when you are not really interested !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mediation technique

We experience life through our mind!.
Experiences are what they are, but the mind often puts a new spin on them, making them seem worse at times!.
This produces the pain we feel inside, and when it builds up enough we either hurt others or ourselves!.
Not because we are bad or evil, but we aren't sure how to deal with the agony inside!.
The longer it stays, the more dead/dull we feel inside!.

Meditation is all about controlling you mind rather than being controlled by it!.
It is difficult to directly approach the mind and tame it, so we start by approaching the nearest manifestation of it- breath!.
It can be seen that when we have tremendous concentration we are not breathing as regularly, and when upset breath shallow and rapid!.

How to do this!.
Begin by becoming aware of your breath!.
With each inhalation pay attention to the air entering you right nostril(air will enter both,but focus on the column of air in the right side)
Exhale and pay attention to the column leaving your left nostril!.
Inhale and pay attention to air entering the left nostril
Exhale and pay attention to air exiting the right nostril!.
Then breath deep and feel the air in both sides rise up to the tip of your nose(like an inverted V ),
and push it all out(feeling both sides)!.
This is one cycle, you can do up to 100 in a day!.

It is a simple game to keep the mind busy(if you loose track on count restart), and off the things it can't change with worry(realistically everything)!.
As you get better at this you'll be able to identify a space between your thoughts!. As that awareness deepens you'll feel a peace when it arises!. And soon you should be able to identify yourself as that peace rather than your mind!.

The first thing you need to do is take a break because you are putting to much on your brain and you should go where there is a large lake or water that is flowing down and just sit and stare at the water it really clears the mind and you feel a whole lot better!. Find a friend that is a good student to study with!.
Start preparing in advance for an exam!. Don't wait until the last minute!.
When you study, reward yourself!. Do something you enjoy after you finish studying!.
Make sure you put enough fuel in your tank, eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when your mood is fresh then u read/study!.why u read when u disturbed!.this is one of the cause of ur stress!.when u read then no any idea come in ur mind!.also u do concentrate 15-20 min before reading!.no any disturbanse durin study!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for eg if a child like watching cartoons and reluctant at studies
he would spend more time at watching those even when he is sleepy r ha never feel tired by warching those

i go for cartoons when i feel stressed and sometimes something delicious to eat or drink!.
u might be having something like that, which makes you happy!.
