I would advise checking with a doctor, most definitely!. While you wait for your appointment, there are several good places to go to educate yourself!. For me, I always wanted to "see for myself!." well im bipolar so i cant judge and yes that sounds bipolar but dont wait to ask a doctor because there is only so long your disease can stay stable without meds i know it sounds drugy but its true i didnt want to be on meds when i got diagnosed but when i took myself off them my disorder got worse to the point i was sad all the time and i atempted suicide and got put in the hospital so dont hesitate to get answersWww@Answer-Health@Com
