Lost myself?!


Question: Lost myself!?
For the past couple of years I've just gotten more quiet and quiet about things!. I've lost my ambition to do things; I have little to no objectivity anymore, I just go along with the flow and suffer if it comes to that!. I don't know what I want to do or what I really want to be anymore!. I've lost my drive, my power, my focus!. What is going on!? Stress!? PTSD!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably because you're not happy for some reason!. Have you been feeling bad lately!? I know that I usually don't do things very well if I'm not feeling good!. I know this is probably gonna sound weird, but have you ever seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!? At the end, Willy Wonka can't get his chocolate to taste right, and then he goes, "Aha! I FEEL terrible, so the chocolate TASTES terrible!." I know, it sounds childish but it's the only analogy I can think of!.
What I would suggest is that you take some time for yourself and do what makes you happy!. You know, things that you enjoy doing!. Just forget about life for a while and do things that make you feel good!. I like to go hiking, so I can be in tune with nature and just forget about the hubbub of the city!. Whatever it is that you like to do, maybe it will uplift you and you can find yourself again!. I think it's worth a shot!.

Drugs/Drinking
Sex
Conflict/Drama

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God!. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature!.
The greatest part of our happiness depends on our attitude, not our circumstances!.
The greatest discovery of any generation is that a human being can alter his life by altering his attitude!.

Sometimes life just beats it out of us and then it becomes a habit!.

Break your habit, try not to look at it like a mental illness, try to look at it with the thought that you can change it without labeling it!.

I want you to write something down and tape it on your mirror and when you get up and start your day, live by your new mantra, start a new habit, be the person that you want to be, the man that you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a spiritual warfare in all of our lives!.We fight against
daily!.A man that lived on the streets of Austin,TX!. told me,he gets up off the ground, everyday and Thanks the Lord for the day!.
One day at a time!.He tells God thank you and he starts his day!.This really hit me hard,when he told me this!.From that night on I started to give Thanks to God everyday, for the day!.

PTSD!.!.so i guess that something traumatic happenned to you!?
If not, then sounds like depression!.
Go to the GP either way, and seek help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go to a therapist!. Sometimes just talking about it with someone helps!. The fact that you are aware of these changes could make recovery faster or easier!.
