Sleeping few hours...?!
Question: Sleeping few hours!.!.!.!?
I sleep 6-5 hours a day!. And I have some thinking problems, sometimes I just think to much about simple things!. Do you think these things are related!? If I sleep more, will I recover and feel more positive!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hard to say if you are not sleeping enough and that is giving you a negative outlook or your overthinking is causing you to stay up and worry, causing you to sleep less, become fatigued and then get down!. It can be a chicken or the egg type thing that once going, can be a vicious cycle!.
Trying to get a good night's sleep is a good way to start since we know that sleep deprivation never helps!. There are a number of good books on the market including one called "Mind over Mood" which can help you with looking at your negative thoughts and adopting a more positive outlook!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you sleep more than you feel better overall!. So i totally think that you need to get atleast 8 hours a sleep every night!. if you cant every night then try to get 8hrs of sleep atleast 3 nights a week!. You will feel so much betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
