I'mbeing tooo irregular, i sleep when its 3or 4 am!. and get up by 10pm
God!!! this has been happening for a month!!!
I've started skipping meals as a result i end up eating too much of sweet stuff , to get enough glucose!.
What do i do!?!? i cant sleep early !!!! sometimes i end up not sleeping for 3-4 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well it's a vicious cycle meaning the first problems start causing more problems!.!.!.
Don't skip meals! even if you've pigged out and you want to punish yourself!. Blood sugar ups and downs from binging on sugar to skipping meals can be bad for your emotional health as well as the obvious physical!.
Is there some major stress in your life that is worrying you and you're losing sleep over!? You might need to talk about it with a counselor or support group etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Working regular hours, manual labor preferable, will put a stop to this, unless you have a health issue!. If you are healthy, you have probably gotten yourself into this habit!. Therefore, working at it for several days, will break this habit!. Actually, you may be enjoying staying up too late at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get out and get some exercise (take walks to start with)!. Your body needs challenge to make both body and mind tired and self regulating!.

i have the same problem, i sleep at around 3-4am and wake up at around 2-3pm!. i think you should just try to get to bed earlier but if it is trubling you sa lot then ask your doctor to prescribe sleeping pills for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
omg they do!?! you need to call somebody!. chances are you are sleeping through the day so you dont have to deal with them!. if you can try to stop the madness then maybe that will help you and you'll feel safe again!.
