Please help...what could this be???????!


Question: Please help!.!.!.what could this be!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
In the past year I seemed to go down hill very quickly and it scares me!. I always had some sort of OCD but It seems to be worse!. not so much worse but i'm so sick and tired of it!. i've always had some form of depression too!. I've been to a lot of wakes and funerals!. all i ever hear when i go is!.!.!.when its your time and this and that!.!.!.and its carved into my brain all these thoughts!. i'm so scared to do anything!. i quickly became so scared of everything!.!.!.and my panic attacks have returned!. im scared for good things to happen because bad things will happen and im so used to the bad idk what to even think anymore!. i keep having these thoughts like omg should i go to this place!.!.!.or i hear people talking about me and im like yea if im even still here!. or i think that way about people too!. im hoping they will be ok!. things have been so bad mentally its turned pysical!. cutting!. things seem so hard!. i feel like nothing will ever be easy or fun!. i feel like im never gunna get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do if you are so bad off is to see a counselor, a minister, or a psychiatrist!. It's not a horrible thing to ask for help!. If you don't have any friends you can talk to about this that is the best thing to do!. A friend and I went through that a few years back and we always had each other to lean on but through the years I have had to see counselors and they have been very helpful!. If you don't know of one ask your physician they can tell you who to see and start you on medications!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just dont think about it when you have a lot on your mind you just start freaking out and cant function right!. thats what i do when i have a lot of stress on me, i have like four test in one day i right know i am not freaking out because i am not thinking about it and dont worry you will be okWww@Answer-Health@Com

You absolutely have to treat your disorder with medication, medication management through short 15 minute monthly meetings with a shrink, and individual and group therapy!.
Try to do a self-esteem group for beginners because you will be one of many anxious people in the group!. You will hear people talk about things that are familiar to you that you never knew anyone else even thought about!.
Once you get through the normalization process, which is simply learning that your "crazy" feelings are normal to many people, you will be able to start your transition into ultimate acceptance of yourself and the ability to accept help from others!.
I had people tell me this for years, and I was like, yeah okay, sure that is going to happen!.
Then I took action, and it has happened!.

I really can understand what you are saying!. You at this point are very overwhelmed with things!. It is a good idea to take some time by yourself and try very hard to take care of YOU!. That is your main priority!. Before you end up in a breakdown and hospitalized, take a breather and mental health day to rest!. Sit down with a pen and paper and try to figure out what is most important for you!. First your health, shelter, food!. Once this is done - go to the doctor for a check up!. You are having anxiety now from going to these negative places!. That is why the panic attacks are coming back!. There is fear of the unknown!. There is some paranoid feelings surfacing too!. This is fear!. What you really need to do is see someone who specializes in anxiety and depression and get assessed!. It may be a good idea to have a good medication for a little while until you are more settled!. If you are presently cutting, you need to see a therapist right away!.
