Hi
I'm sorry to hear that!. Have you tried any meds!? I'm on paxil and it has helped me drastically!. when that happens you have to take control of your mind and tell yourself that it's just a panic attack!. You are not dying!. That's what you need to remember!. You need to re train your brain!.
I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, classic panic disorder!. The dizzyness, perceptual distortions and chest pain come from hyperventilating!. Some people use a paper bag to slow down their oxygen intake!.

Medication won't help!. Face your terror and realise that absolutely nothing bad is going to happen!. When you're no longer afraid of panicking, you won't have panic disorder any more!.

The mind is a powerful thing but it's nothing to be afraid of!. Practice and master at least one relaxation technique!.

Self-hypnosis, NLP and EFT work pretty well for treating panic disorder!. I treat clients professionally and have 90+% success rate with panic disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever taken medication for depression and/or panic attacks!? Do you have a good family doctor or a primary care provider who could refer you to another doctor if they don't feel comfortable dealing with these health issues!? I see a therapist and the medication for panic attacks helps so very much!. It becomes more of a preventive measure if this is an ongoing problem!. Good luck!.!.!.!.!.!. texassusanWww@Answer-Health@Com

medication might help!. Talk to your parents or a counselor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let me tell you something, you're not alone, I am the same way!. First off, keep in mind, panic attacks can not hurt or do any harm to you, besides scare you!.

When you are in those types of situations don't think any of these thoughts, "OMG I'm going to die", I'm having an attack!" "I need to leave!", think to yourself, "I will be fine", because you will!. And than just take deep breaths and relax!.

If you need to, go to a physiologist, talk to them, talk to your parents, or talk to a counselor they will be able to help--I promise, whether it's with medication or just verbally!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
