Testing anxiety...HELP!?!


Question: Testing anxiety!.!.!.HELP!!?
I am taking my finals in a week and need some help with some relaxation techniques!. I freeze up on tests and I know the answers!
Can anyone give me some relaxation pointers to help before I take the tests or while I'm taking the tests!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think everyone has a bit of testing anxiety!. ;) This is what I tend to do before tests:

1!. The night before, I stop studying around 8pm and take a little time to do something for myself, whether it be reading a book, spending time with the family, or something else!.

2!. I do not look at the material the morning of the test!. It just makes me more anxious and frantic that I didn't look over something well enough!.

3!. Deep breathing!. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through pursed lips, taking twice as long to exhale as you did to inhale!. Do this a few times as the test are being passed out!.

in your head say:
"breathe in peace and calm, breathe out stress and worry"
breathe while you do this
i find it really helps!

or tense up each muscle in your body and then release!. one muscle at a time, and when you've done them all, do them all together at once!.!.!.very relaxing!.

if you can get to water, splash your face with cold water
or if you have a water bottle put a cold water bottle on your face!.!.it does something to your white blood cells and adrennaline that will actually help with nerves!.

unfortunately, i know exactly how you feel!.
but i've gotten some good tips from a few pros!.
all you've got to do is relax!.
take one thing at a time!.
if you dont know the answer, come back to it later or take an educated guess!.

Close your eyes, and imagine yourself doing well on this test!. Deep breathe and meditate!. I've heard that rubbing your forefinger against the side of your thumb relaxes you as well!. Rub one of your pressure points gently!. Like your shoulder or your feet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never grown out of that!.!.!.!.!. 140 IQ but can't get a good SAT score!.!.!.!. to the military I went!.!.!.!.
