Yikes! Sounds like high school and adolescence!. A lot of us have been there, feeling just like that!.
As far as how to deal, you need to figure out some coping mechanism that work for you!. It's different for everyone!. Exercise works great for me!. It makes me feel better, and then I remember how it is to feel normal again!.
As far as your schoolwork, just do your best and don't be too hard on yourself!. Everyone has things they aren't good at!. Guess economics is one of yours!. Big deal!. You have to learn to accept your limitations!. And make the most of your strengths!.
I have known a lot of BRILLIANT people who amounted to nothing!. They had natural talent but no self-discipline and would not work hard to attain something worth having!. I really feel it is better to be "mediocre" and a hard worker than brilliant and aimless!. You can go very far with the kind of determination you describe!.
Your life is all over the place b/c that's just adolescence!. I felt the same way about not having anything to look forward to, and I was wrong!. It was just that I couldn't have imagined the kinds of things there were to look forward to!. Things that never would have occurred to me!. You just have to wait and see what happens!. You'll be glad you did (probably)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i say you just sit back, talk to friends, listen to music that gets you off your feet!. And after that test you'll feel less stressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might need to get together with friends or watch a comedy show/movie!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like a long chain here - one negative thought leading to another!.

You worked really hard - yet you got 50%, that doesn't mean you're a waste of time!.!.!. it means somewhere along the line something has gone wrong!.!.!. did you learn the wrong things!? Did you have problems focussing in the exam!? Did you complete all of it!?

There's a lot of things that can contribute to you feeling bad, I think one way you can help yourself to feel better is to try and think about things logically rather than in terms of how they make you feel!. Nobody would feel fantastic if they got 50% after working hard - but try to look at it as a learning experience, find out why you got that grade & how you can improve it!.

It's rather silly of your mother to not speak to you for getting involved with an argument!. It sounds very petty, and as though things will probably sort themself out soon enough!.

You need to find things to look forward to!.!.!. there must be something!.

You shouldn't let how well you do on a test determine whether or not you are happy!. I've found that people are most often unhappy when they want reality to be different than it is!. They wish they were smarter, had more money, etc, etc!. Wanting things to be different leads to misery!. You should accept that things don't always go the way you want, and instead focus on positive things!. Think of all the things about your life that are good, rather than focusing on something bad that happened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
