I'm trypanophobic =( Help?!
Question: I'm trypanophobia which is fear of injections. next year in year 9 us girls have to this injection or somthing as I saw on the news and the TB jab. I'm in year 8 and I was told this like in year 5 and im terified already. My dad is making me take them and i'm really scared! It's a long time away and is there anyway i can cure this? as soon as the needle touches my skin i will scream =(

Answers: hehe i guess im trypanophobic too!im scared of needles and last time i had to take a booster shot im in the 8th but anyways it was the begining of school yr and i was like really scared when they told me but i couldnt go to skool if i didnt take it so ofcourse i had to,it really freaked me out but what i did was turn away relaxed and saw nothing nor thought about what was happening i just thought what i was gonna do or get after this was done.b4 i knew it i just felt a tinsy tiny poke on my shoulder verly anything!and than i was done i took the booster shot~!!lol i think you should try what i did =] it helped me alotz...
