Please help with the question of high dose narcotics?!
Question: I have depression with horible headaches. I have taken Fentyl 600mcg for quite a really long time. I want to not continue the tract of dependence. I have a very good incendence. Going to be able to me a criteria to has the vagul nerve stimulator(for those that do not know it has nothing to do with a vaginait is to connect a wire to the vagal nerve i the neck, so don't worry) I had taken the lower 400mcg for one month as the other I had 1400lozense, now I will be placed on 200 mcg for 1 month. I am worried because even with the 400mcg cut down the side effects are not comfortable at all,after this next month is over I will be discontinuing from all narcotics. Do you have any helpful advice. Is it more pyschological ?I know that but there is withdrawal effects. I will need advice. I will go narcotic free(which my doctor decided that the h/a were so bad that the narcotics -by the way, I do realise that it was my choice too.) is there any help for me. NO HATEFUL ANSWERS PLEASE! Answers: how about some meditation,yoga no it wont stop the withdraws but give you the right mind set to bare through them
