Yet another " pffft" week?!


Question: i keep having "pffft" days where everyone and everything pisses me right off- i ended up having a go at a bus shelter the other day because it got in my way! i had a go at my other half because he handnt cleaned his teeth, im annoyed now because my keyboard keeps cutting out- and ive got exams coming up for my degree and i just want to scream! my parents are being lovey dovey and it annoys me, an anus from university keeps ignoring me because i dobbed him in about trying to beat me up- and it seems a crime against humanity for me to be happy at the moment!
i really need something just to cheer me up for the next 4 weeks before i go insane! i swear if i carry on like this someone will not be alive by the time i finish uni! does anyone know of anything i can do/ take? im not depressed, this has only started recently and i can normally control it, and im female and 18 if this helps!
i really dont want stupid answers- im peeved off enough as it is!!

Answers: lay down with a soft pillow, lights off, and just think. Think about everything that makes you mad, pissy, annoyed, and try to cry. Or think about everything positive. Just start dreaming. Think about how much money you will have after you graduate and start working. Think about the cars you will buy, the houses, the clothes. Think about things that you want in life. Or Go to your room or somewhere private and hit a pillow or something.

I get EXTREMELY irritated when I'm pmsing, and the littlest things piss me off. I get angry at the same things you do. I just go to my room, shut the door, lay down, and dream. It works for me...
