But I'm the same age as you and I know exactly how you feel. It's 2:34 in the morning here (I live in Australia) and it's like you just described my life.
But I have a counsellor for a mum and a psychologist for a father, so I've been really lucky.

The thing is though, I'm not qualified to give any advice, but I think there are some things you can do:
1) Talk to someone. A friend, a family member.
2) Seek professional help. Firstly see someone about depression, they'll help you organize yourself and deal with confidence issues. Sometimes, it helps to know what's wrong. After that, maybe a career counsellor.
Motivation is a funny thing because it comes and goes, but remember that how you feel today is temporary. That feeling won't last.
Also, you're not alone. You need to remember that, because the last thing anyone wants is to feel alone.
Look at the things that make you happy. Music, books, movies, politics, etc. Do you have any goals you'd like to achieve in your lifetime?
When I was feeling particularly miserable at one point, I made myself a list of things I'd like to do in my life. That also helped.
