and all her questions are about losing weight, killing herself and more. this is terrible! i cant believe ppl are like this after wat they see and hear and everything else...someone needs to talk some sence into her coz its really sad.
i hope this doesnt offend anyone that i posted this about her.

Her BMI is 15 - she is sooo skinny... that is below emaciated according to BMI scales!!! Plus, if you read her questions from several weeks ago, she has lost 3 or 4 kilos in two weeks... it's really bad. I hope someone can talk some sense into her! Honestly, her situation requires medical attention, if one thinks they are fat when really they are emaciated, surely that is a serious mental problem...
what you need to do is tell her to kill herself and ask for her stuff. also to do it in the bathroom as its easyer to clean up

derekzary828@yahoo.ca and I will talk with her,she needs friends you know;she needs friends to help her lose weight if need be and friends to be there for her when she is sad and lonely;she needs confidence boosting friends.people to take her out and have a good time so she will realize that life IS worth living...there is so much people can can do to help these people if they will give some time to them...whats the cost???the cost is time;what is the reward...the reward is you are doing a wonderfull thing for a person in need;it will make you feel better about yourself as a careing person and it will put you on good terms with GOD and his LOVE...

Unfortunately there are many people out there like this. The worst part of it is, we can't simply "talk sense" into them. Believe me, I strongly understand your desire to help. It's hard to see someone hate themselves so much that they are willing to go to any lengths, including self harm, just to feel better.
The truth of the matter though, is these people need far more help than you or I, or almost anybody on this board can give them. It's a true illness, not just an opinion. Often it is something that they feel they MUST do. Other times, they view themselves as far fatter than they really are.
They won't get better until they can build up their self esteem or until someone who loves them recognizes the problem for what it is and convinces them to get professional help.
It's really wonderful that you feel such a strong desire to help her though. Perhaps you should consider taking your life in a direction that would allow you to better help people like her.
I know, I've seen her too. I tried to tell her some positive things, but I don't know if it'll help. I want to help her, but this is only the internet...how much can we really do?
