How can i stop being paranoid?!

Don't give other people a second thought. They aren't giving you one.
1. They are most likely not talking about you.
2. They may be looking at you the moment you look at them. Perhaps they think you are attractive, they like your haircut, or they like your shirt and are thinking about getting one just like it.
In any case, you are still thinking about them, but guaranteed unless you have a foot growing out of your ear, they are not thinking about you right now.
Next time you are in a situation similar to that, have fun with it. Look at them and smile. Watch them smile back. It's fun! You'll never see them again anyway - give it a shot!

Paranoia can be overcome with self confidence.
They can't eat you and they aren't going to kill you.
