Snorting prescription pills in public?!
Question: Am I legally allowed to crush and snort medication that I am prescribed in public? If not, Why not? What about carrying around crushed valium (in my prescription container). Is there a law against snorting prescription medication, even if the prescription is valid and in your name. I AM NOT ASKING BECAUSE I WANT TO DO THIS. I just want to know if legally, someone could take out a pill, crush it and snort it on a crowded subway when everyone is on their way to work.

i think you would be making a spectable of yourself, & that you would be settting yourself up for a confrontation with the authorities. You know of course that snorting is not the usual route for taking Valium...
