Does someone who was born deaf hear their thoughts as voices like we do.?!
Question: If a person was born completely deaf would their normal daily thoughts come across as pictures? What about a mental disorder that caused one to hear malicous voices commanding them, would a deaf human "see" malicous thoughts?

You have a flawed assumption, you are assuming what you believe to be thought is expressed as voice. Maybe it isn't really voice, but you believe it is.
I don't think so
I believe if the person could hear any kind of sound at one time he/she would probably perceive that sound when psychotic. If the person was profoundly deaf, he/she would have intense thoughts. These are only my thoughts about what it would be like. Best Wishes.
