Going mad?!
Question: I am losing my mind..I know I have an illness, but I have researched the symptms and just cant find a diagnosis.
I live in my imagination. It overwhelms and controls me when I least expect it. I could be doing anything and my imagination will just takeover.
Now I am suffering from intense head pressure, like an ache and I feel ditzy, like my brain cells are dying. I can noteven string an intelligent sentence together. I am coherant, just that I lack any form of intelligence.
Any ideas whats wrong with me.

I'm not a doctor but I believe your having very bad anxiety I know because I suffer from some of them same things I also have pressure in my head and feel like my brain i as asleep this is called derealization. Try to do some relaxation tapes this may help. Remember only yourself is causing this anxiety and only you can make it stop.
talk to someone who knows you, they would have a better understanding of you. But You need to see a doctor if you think you have a serious illness
