How to get over the following...?!


Question: My fear of bugs.
My fear of dark windows.
My fear of unibrows.
My fear of smeeling wierd.
(Actually scared of these, very obsessivly)

And I have a few OCD's:
-Shoes facing to the right in a certain spot before I get to bad, right shoe must be in front of the left shoe slightly, but not obviously
-When I right big it has to touch the top of the lines, when I write small the letters can't touch, I spend time checking this and it makes me feel weird sometimes
-I have to check my locks before I go to bed (On my windows and doors)
-I keep my closet light on or it has to bve shut or else I argue with myself and can't go to sleep

i am no physciratrist but is there some thing thats on your conscience something that you might not be facing or some one you need to forgive or mabey yourself some times when you dont want to face things deep down inside they come out in different manners to keep your mind busy not to deal with them...

They do have certain medications to help with ocd. Also i think medication along with therapy would help with the fears as well.
