I knpwit sounds far fetched, but you should probably have him examined for signs of abuse- physical and sexual. It sounds like that to me. Or maybe he just doesn't feel well. Anyhow, that us very abnormal for a child of his age and no matter what he should be taken to a doctor.
and be gentle when you talk to him, make him feel sure that you dont think he's a baby for crying and that you want to help, but dont push him.

He may be feeling a little ill after having CPR. Most kids are. When CPR has been given, they get nausea, light headiness, dizziness and maybe vomiting. This happened to someone I knew, they wouldn't stop crying either. As for the not eating part, no body eats after having CPR..!.. Why did he stop breathing anywayz?
