I am depressed !!!?!


Question: Nowadays I'm depressed and often through tantrums to everyone. Plz help it out !!!
I am often showing my anger to everyone and even to my bf and he gets angry for that. Also tell me how to behave with him and others keeping my anger down.

plz dnt gt deprsd...look evrythn around u..its so b'tful...god hs created al lovely things..dnt spoil it by spoilin ur mood..luk at ppl hu r under priviledged than u..pl who hv no home..nthn to eat and no education.consider urslf lucky 2 b born as a normal prson..2 hv a bf who luvs u an is upset coz ur upset...jus look at life..life s as u c it..the more u luv life the more it il offer u..its like an echo..wat u give is wat uget more..luv him and he'l luv u bk lik mad...thnk god and luv ur bf...jus dnt get depressed...4gt it...life is more ...and uv gotta xplore it!!!

Some times it the effect of fast food, with spicy and salty flavours...which when taken in excess causes hyper tension
with more chocolate it is really worse

DON'T BE EMO AND CUT YOUR WRIST

The good thing is, their are a few natural ways to help curb these behaviors. First, try some light exercise each day accompanied with more natural foods. You don't have to make any DRASTIC changes - just throw a few fruits and vegetables into your diet and exercise about 20 mintues a day. Also, before you react, stop yourself and think about what it is you want to say so you can communicate it more effeciently.

Analyse why you are getting angry. discuss your
problem with the family members. try to solve
If something is bothering your mind, speak out
either to your family or friends. Open talk will
reduce the burden. find an answer.
Go for long walks , breathe fresh air, excercise,
engage in some sports, practise yoga and breathing excercises and meditation, and prayer.

Ah mujhe tum se hamdardi hai.

Chalo ye karo ke thori dair thanda paani pi k lait jao or koi magazine parh lo ya kuch or karlo.Dont overwhelm yourself.

but try to be nicely dyaaar. aise thori hota hai!

we all feel a lil low at times,and its very important to learn to get out of it,if i ever feel down i meditate.. i am sending you certain links,it might help!!good luck

Yes the more you discuss ... the less you are depressed. It is nice that you have expressed your ideas to the Y/A community here .. !!

In my opinion, if anybody feels that s/he is "depressed", she is not - meaning some easy tricks maybe adopted to eliminate this.

- talk to others whom you rely
- tell them you are depressed ... even your b/f
- listen to their suggestions
- bring a change to your food habits - avoid oily items
- try to clear your bowls - keep watch on your hygiene
- drink sufficient clear water
- take light exercises - go to bed in time ( dont bother for Yahoo for some time )
- keep high esteem for yourself - the globe is waiting for you to take part in all positive activities -lots are depending on you

And finally report back the result after 21 days.
