MY BEST GUY FRIEND AND i HAVE A BROTHER/SiSTER RELATiONSHiP BUT THEN HE WROTE A LETTER TO ME SAYiNG THAT HE DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHiNG FROM ME i RESPECTED HiS DESSION AND DiDNT TALK TO HiM THEN HE STARTED TALKiNG TO ME AND i TOLD HiM i THOUGHT YOU SAiD NOT TO TALK TO YOU HE SAiD i WAS JUST UPSET SO HE PUTS HiS HANDS AROUND ME AND SAYS YOU KNOW YOU ARE STiLL MY SiSTER SO HE WALKS ME ALL THE WAY TO MY BUS THEN HE FORGETS ME AND STARTS TALKiNG TO HiS FRiENDS BUT THE PROBLEM iS HE HAS BEEN STALKiNG ME EVERYDAY DAY AT SCHOOL HE FOLLOWS ME EVERY WHERE EVERY CLASS SO i DONT REALY KNOW WHAT i AM GOiNG TO DO AFTER SPRiNG BREAK PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Sounds like he is mixing with a bad crowd and he is showing off to someone that you belong to him.
He is trouble. Avoid him nicely and stay in groups with other friends. Avoid places or situations where you have to meet him alone.
You should talk to someone at your school to get help and make him stop if you're afraid of him.
Just try to ditch him nicely. Like when you're going to class or wherever, try going a different way than usual and go to your locker at different times during the day. After awhile of not seeing you 'going about your daily routine,' he'll eventually give up on following you. But more than likely he is just showing off to his new friends.

Let the school know what is going on. Also tell your family. If they have to, they can call the police.
