Hearing something like a school bell but there's no school bell?!
Question: like the school bell rang and like a few mintues after a hear it again in school but class isnt over and no one else hears it.
i have tinnitus- i think i was born with it or maybe got it when i was very young
im a teenager- not old man - dont take any medicenes
Also i had gotten a fear of that - hearing something that not there and it wont go away, so like the fear of something happing over and over again.
any ideas?-
