How do I help my mom who has a memory problem. She's 78years old.?!

you dont just be there thats all you can do........

there are herbal remedies out there you can try,
bhrami tea comes to mind, however there is honestly not much that can be done, she can try a memory training program or something along those lines however that is dependent on how bad her memory problem is =\

Talk to her doctor. There are medications, such as Aricept, that can help hinder the memory loss from getting any worse. Have her write things down in a notebook that she can keep with her.

If its hard for her to remember everyday hings, make her a set of cards showing daily routines, she goes through. You can give her a set of photographs to help too.
Rally, being patient and talking to her a lot will help her.

Be patient and repeat it as often as is necessary. Dont let her near a gas stove or fire. Keep a nurse/ maid to be with her when you are not present. Keep a set of house keys with your neighbours/ friends. Dont let her be unsupervised or alone.
