Has anyone had side effects to Prozac?!

I have been prescribed Prozac on three occasions over the years.
The first time I had relatively few side effects.
The second time I had excessive daytime & night time sweating plus insomnia. Nevertheless I continued taking them for 2 years because they helped with my depression.
The third time I had all of the sweating & insomnia plus terrible headaches and dizzyness. I persevered for 5 months or so, then couldn't go on and switched anti-depressants a few times. I have now finally found a chemical where the side effects are manageable.
My advice, give the pills some time and weigh up whether the side effects are worse than not taking the pills.
There are alternatives, so maybe discuss with your Dr.
Yes and not good ones they don't get better either. You should really get her off that stuff it is not good long term.

Prozac did nothing for me.
For the 1st 2 weeks, it relieved my depression but then all the side effects came up.
- Balance and Coordination: I could hardly get out of bed without tripping into the wall. I tripped down staircases and nearly killed myself with my glass shower doors.
- Drowsiness, Dizziness, Weakness: I remember I was always so tried and always dizzy. It was so bad that I had to stay at my Parent's house because I was afraid I would kill myself.
I was constantly confused and I was mildly irradiated. The nausea always remained present. While the Dizziness semi went away but I was always tired.

All anti depressants have a suppression formula directly effecting metabolic cycle. Their very true miracle is the reduction of Blood Pressure which is gained by the deficiency in Cardiac activities!
Fluoxetine is one of them. It is hard to calculate side effects produced by the antidepressants like Prozac! Because some effects appear after some time when patient leave the medicine.
For your question everyone in the world would have had after effects who was given the prescription with Prozac! I m not threatening but I m just putting the statement baldly...
