Any treatments that can help out with short-term memory problems?!
Question: I happen to have ADHD-Inattentive type and interferes with my job performance alot. It would also be nice for co-workers to accept and be more friendlier with me because i won't be accused of being 'stupid' all the time.

Coffee - caffeine compounds help a small group of those with ADHD (not everyone with ADHD) to temporarily pay attention better. Others find that stronger stimulants - alerting agents such as Ritalin, Dexedrine, Adderall, etc.work for them. Good luck.

Secondly, there are very beneficial pharmaceutical(prescription) drugs available that DO help with ALL the issues you are describing. TAKE one. If you are not aware of this then ask you doctor so you may do what you need to do to help you LIVE with your disability(and it is a recognized disability by federal law)...People who do not know better spout all sorts of nonsense about the drugs available for ADD...if they do not live with it they do not know a thing...get the help you need.
