Draw, write, imagine. Take a walk in a beautiful place and let what you really feel rush to the surface of your mind. Keep your mind open and clear when talking with people, know in yourself that emotions are not a bad thing. NO emotions are bad things.

Daydreaming is what I do. Knowing that right and wrong, and reality, is not everything. It is not important.

Find someone you can relate to.
