Is it because of the small, enclosed space? Or is it because of the movement?

I'm scared of lifts >.< I hate going in them but sometimes it's the only option >.<
I used to hate the escolators (i can't spell). I got used to them after being in school using them every day, but it always takes me forever to first step on it. I prefer the elevator, but sometimes i think of what could go wrong too
i dream i am in a lift and it gets to the top and stops then it starts to swing from side to side its terrifying.
I used to absolutely hate them, but I've slowly gotten more used to them now. Doesn't exactly help with all those films about them, but as long as they don't stop I'm not too bad.
