When you are falling asleep, your mind and body goes through the 'waking stage'. It actually has nothing to do with waking, it is when your body and mind prepare for sleep. Some people experience odd dreams/voices/sounds when they are going through the waking stage. I suffer from myoclonic twitches that cause me to remember more of these dreams/voices/sounds. Most people don't remember these dreams/voices/sounds at all. Are they keeping you awake? If so, you and I are in the same boat. In response to your random sentence claim, and remembering faces, thats what the mind does, it fires randomly causing odd images, thoughts, or sounds to pop into your head. Generally they are perfectly normal. You are not crazy/mad for having odd dreams consisting of hypo poo, or even having a dream of killing someone or something like that, they are not things you wish or want to happen, unless you do wish or want them to happen, in which case you might be crazy. As for a remedy to these odd happenings during your waking stage, stay well hydrated and stray away from alcohol and heavy oxidants (Juices). If you continue to have troubles, seek medical attention.

No problem! Dreams involving death/murder/suicide usually contain hidden meanings that don't actually point towards psychotic actions. For instance, if you killed two of your friends and then committed suicide, the underlying message that your brain is 'creating' may be that you are having troubles with your friends. You should do some research on dreams, and how they work. Sometimes it is quite interesting.

No, you are almost asleep.

Uhm. Wow. You should go to a pysicitrist (im not good at spelling). No offense, but I think you are. I think that you don't know it, but you are actually thinking that stuff. Like i said go to a pyciatrist (or w/e its called).

there could be a viable medical condition involved, have yourself checked for epilepsy, that is one medical condition that may have this symptom

when in near sleep status the mind can acss random bits of info locked deepiside your brains cortexes

I think that you may want to check into it more but I think that the most important fact is, YOU know its going on. It's not like you are oblivious to it. Or wearing a tin foil hat, which are awesome but not quite right for public.

Sometimes when I drink cranberry juice before I go to bed, it makes me have symptoms like the ones your having.

If I drink milk, then it seems to go away.

Water helps too.

I think there's something to proper hydration before bed.

That's wierd, but it works for me.

i'd get help.

one time I was about to go to sleep and then this image of a guy who goes to my school's face popped in my head and he was crying.
