Meds are only part of the solution, you need therapy to deal with your problems or you will only continue to get worse.
Not dealing with the problems can lead to psychosis, it's just your body's way of telling you it can't handle anymore. Fix it now, while you can.
I've been on meds for the same reasons since 1983.It took them 2 years to find meds that work for me.An awful 2 years. But i got through it & you will too hon.Just tell whoever, that they aren't working.I also had therapy for most of those years then changed to my regular doctor when i had been talked out.Good luck to you.
Love's right, you have to work and build skills to overcome it. Are you getting therapy/councelling? If not you may find it beneficial.
Meds dont help over time. In my case I started taking natural supplements and exercise. That the best way I think.
