Does anyone know an herbal alternative for anxiety?!

Herbs can be some help while learning how to avoid false expectations in life. Maybe the herb st. johns wort is a good start. I don't use it but I use something other than meds. My ex's mum used Kalms. They seemed to work for her.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Works like a mild sedative and relieves you of oppression

Any sort of relaxing tea should help. I like Chamomile. Meditation is good too, I need to restart doing that.
